Activity during World War Two :

377th Infantry, Company H. 35 years old when he went into combat. An ammunition carrier on a three-man mortar squad during the battle of Metz. Later drafted the citation that was the basis for the award of the Medal of Honor to Sgt. Andrew Miller. Nathan was an attorney in New York after the war and died while on vacation in Israel in 1978.
